Software Engineer

We are looking for true technologists with a genuine interest in what they do day

to day. If you’re an open source contributor, hacker and wiz who loves to write

code - great, so are we and we would love to hear from you! We are interested

in both specialists and generalists; we strongly believe in lean methodologies,

testing, automation, cross discipline and above all in getting things done and out

there in front of our customers. If your interests span technologies from frontend

to linux containers you will find plenty to do here - if you rather concentrate on

architecture, machine learning or user interfaces then there’s plenty of that too.

You are able to

  • Design and architect multi-channel platform solutions
  • Contribute ideas and influence business wide solution architecture
  • Build robust and scalable end-to-end software solutions
  • Participate in the entire development life cycle, from requirements to
  • delivery

  • Influence other team members in a cross functional product team
  • You will ideally have

  • Hands-on technical experience with a modern programming language
  • A keen eye for modelling and software design
  • Experience refactoring/rebuilding legacy platform using modern paradigms
  • An appreciation for an engineering culture where test, automation and
  • operations discipline is high

  • An understanding of microservice/service oriented and distributed architectures
  • and the problems they solve

  • Familiarity/experience with high fidelity development methodologies like
  • Lean, XP or Agile
